House policy and rules
Please read carefully the conditions that apply to all bookings made in Mas Vedruna.
Days prior to arrival at the house the customer will receive the present regulations that will be accepted with the booking confirmation.
Customer service hours are from 9h to 21h, key collection is from 16h and ends at 20h. After 20h the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation or charge an additional fee.
EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT POLICY
- Early Check in and Late Check out will be given as long as the address of the house confirms the necessary availability, otherwise the check-in and check-out times will be respected.
- In the case of Early Check in it can occur between 8:00h until 13:00h with an extra charge of 60 euros.
- In case of Late Check -out it is until 15h with an additional charge of 30o, after 15h the full rate will be charged.
For security and protection reasons, visits to or use of the facilities by people not staying in Mas Vedruna are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will entitle the property to take such measures as it deems appropriate, including eviction.
To ensure the well-being of all our customers, as a general rule, pets are not accepted.
However, management reserves the right to accept at the express request of the client and in specific cases the presence of pets.
The apartments have complete equipment for the kitchen (dishes, kitchen battery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils) that must be left clean and properly placed and clean.
The establishment is not responsible to any customer for any loss, damage or cancellation or any additional expenses suffered by the customer. The property is not responsible for the loss or forgetting of objects, however if they find it in the establishment when cleaning it, it will have no problem handing it over to the customer on request.
Please note that it is not allowed to remove from the property any utensils, bed linen, blankets, etc.
Mas Vedruna has a firm commitment to the quality and cleanliness of the facilities. For this reason, our guests are kindly requested to enjoy their stay while preserving the rest of other guests and the care of the facilities. In case of non-compliance with this rule, management reserves the right to charge additional charges for extreme dirt, damage and /or theft.
Under Law 42/2010, we are a smoke-free space. Smoking is only allowed in the garden.
The rules for the use of the pool are at your disposal on the back of the front door of the apartments. Guests will be responsible in any case for the use of the swimming pool as well as for minors who are in the premises.
Below you will find the conditions that apply for warranty and cancellation of reservation:
To make your reservation you must make the payment of 30% of your stay by bank transfer. Only in this way is the reservation considered guaranteed.
In the event of cancelling your reservation after 15 days prior to the day of arrival at the hotel, a penalty of 50% of the booked stay applies.
In case of no-show on the day of booking, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
